Stuck in 4x4 unable to get out

Drove for a week in 4x4 on interstate..  Now unable to get out of 4x4. Tried the

disconnect the battery did not work.  When trying to turn It seems that all four

wheel are fighting.  Went to Ford the stated needed a whole new backend.

Why did you drive in 4 wheel drive for a week on the interstate ? Are you insane ? 4 Wheel drive is for slower speeds when you need extra traction
