Everytime i turn the car hisses at me and the steering feels very stiff

Please people I need help I have a focus st170 04
plate and every time I turn the steering wheel
hisses at me and the steering feels very stiff I I'm
going fast it feels a little better but it only started
happening yesterday and it wasn't that bad now it's
got a lot worse please people what is this??????

Have you checked the power steering fluid level? If it is low you likely have a leak.
