Hyndai Getz 1.4L car- perfect battery- does not start- no tail light-ignition makes fickering noise

Hyndai Getz 1.4L car 2006 Model 40 Months old Perfect Exide 45AH
battery,
does not start- not even tail lights or romm lights, ignition attempt makes
fickering noise.
Jumper cables are connected properly to + and - tightly and joints are
clean.
Shall I check any cable connection below the battery now?
Do I need to replace any switch below the battery?
Please reply.

oh just read your lights are not coming on when you turn the ignition key on and your light switch on?

Try jumping the car first if you can....make sure the jumper wires are on right way...

1. None of the lights (tail or room) are on. Car does not start or respond when ignition key is turned. 2. Mild flickering noise in the beginning. 3. Where is the fuse located ? below battery along the cables? HKB
