There is something wrong with the locks on my 2004 MDX. I cannot lock it with the keys or activate the security system. I already tried changing the batteries too. Any one else with the same prob?

Did you recently disconnect the battery? The system may be required to be retrained perhaps ? Just a thought. Good luck
