my car needs a long time to start

My car recently started to take longer than usual to
start, at maintenance they said all is ok but it is
not. My sparks are new and the battery is new
what could be the issue

This could be a sine of the fuel pump starting to go, have the fuel pressure checked.

Your coil may be getting weak, have the voltage checked at the plugs. Also change plugs and have them gapped correctly. You also should have a diagnostic run to make sure the computer is adjusting correctly on cold start-ups. Computers are a great convenience, but just like an old guy at the gym, it sometimes looks good, but takes a while to get going due to age and wear and tear.
