I found the staff very helpful and willing to work to provide me with a better option than other dealers I had contacted. Ultimately, I was happiest dealing here and purchased a new vehicle. Very satisfied and very personal service delivery.

While I did not end up buying a car from Alpine Toyota, I will definitely be looking at their inventory next time I am in the market. I live in Calgary and a local car came up that fit the bill so I bought it here instead. However the travel is not far and I could easily see making it a buy car + hike or ski type weekend trip!

Very good experience with this dealer. They got in touch promptly, provided valuable extra information, suggested a reasonable alternative, and offered to keep me on their list and look out for something I might like.

Did not like that I did not have the option to pay in cash and only financing.. and wanted to slap on some $500 insurance on the vehicle from my own pocket which I did not get . Whatever that was about.

Very horrible customer relation. The market guy never got back to me as he promised to talk with his boss and get back to me but he never did. I sent him several reminders but he never responded.

They wanted me to finance a 2014 Tacoma when I wanted to pay cash for it. Since when is cash not good enough!! Unbelievable!! Tacking on an etching fee and some other phoney baloney fee to the deal is tacky and classless. Don’t buy from here! I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships that had more integrity, this one absolutely floored me. What a waste of time!!

Toyota northwest was great. Got a no pressure response right away on my request about a used truck they had. I did not purchase through them as I went with a different brand but will not hesitate to call them when the time comes for a new vehicle.

Response was quick email same day and a phone call the next day. Their business hours and my work schedule and commitments for the weekend were not in sync. The rep I talked to promised if the vehicle didn't sell she would let me know. Today I got and email to make an appointment to go see it. The dealer is approx 1.5 hours drive away

Had appointment to test drive car get there and they have taken a deposit on the car the night before. Think they could have pick up the phone and called . Then asked me when i got there if i want to look at the car, Why would i look at a car i can`t buy. complete waste of my time.

The car I enquired about already had a deposit on it, however they did get back to me very promptly to let me know. I would consider them again.

Dealer contacted me quickly when I asked what the vehicle needed for a safety but was completely unhelpful as he said he had no idea what it needed. That level of service forced me to go elsewhere.

Dealt with Michael and he was a pleasure to work with. I wish they would come down on the price slightly. The only negative experience was after the deal was done they offered me a better finance rate then what I was getting from my bank no mention of a rate the whole time we were negotiating

A mixup to start as the car I was looking at had already been sold, however the end result was wonderful. Incredible staff and buying experience. Bruce is fantastic!
