They responded back via email and reached out a number of times, unfortunately I live out of the city and found another options closer to my home. They remained professional and had a number of great options and reasonable prices.

Though read bad review for this dealer, they non the less were very helpful and communicated on time.

Vehicle had been in an accident I realized later so did not pursue but sales person was good to deal with

Accommodating with good communication

Regarding this vehicle - the carfax stated front end damage but in fact both the front and rear bumpers needed to be replaced - had I have known the extend of the damage I would not have driven an hour to go see it.

Gurman sales guy was great and friendly.

No immediate contact. We went to the dealer anyway because they had two vehicles we were interested in. Good contact initially, but the vehicle quality was not what we'd anticipated. We asked for time to think about it and pursue other options. At this point, the experience became a little unpleasant. We bought elsewhere.

Overall we had a very good experience with this Dealership. We ended up buying a 2014 GMC Terrain at a great price. Our Salesman worked hard for us and we were happy with the results.

Good costumers service

They were pretty accomidating when it came to show the auto. However the sales rep didn't know much about the car, had 2 previous collisions, some visible damage & it would need new tires. Wouldn't budge on price. Found a private deal & saved approx. $3500 when you factor add-ons, tax etc

I contacted the dealer about a vehicle. They responded politely. Yhe vehicle didn't have all the equipment I was looking for. So no deal was made. They tried to accommodate, but didn't have anything else used that I was interested in.

Typical wheel and deal experience. High pressure sales. I wasn't shown how to work some features of the car. Granted it wasn't a Volkswagen, but if you are selling a car atleast you could learn about it and be prepared for questions. Before you buy a car call amvic to be more informed!
