I went there to see this car, they told me was already gone so show me other car more expensive. When I tried this car, after 2min I got the the engine light on. The vendor was nice. So I left, and other vendors emailed me said that the Ford Edge was still available. I went back, and they told me again that was already gone..... Really not professional.

The dealer was very honest re the condition of the car. He was very helpful. He took time showing us the car that I was interested and it was ready for us to see the car right by the door.

Lousy service! Caught them lying several times! Stay away ! Told them I had my bank check the Legal Value . They were thousands more ! And then sales Manager tells me it is sold ! But my son looked at the same car 30 minutes later! Lies

Wanted deposit over the phone, i would like to see it and drive it first....

Team Ford is good but has allot of short comings as to sell a vehicle within an hour from me as I was coming to possibly buy...this seems to be their common practice.

We had a good experience overall. They even called to let us know that the vehicle we were planning on looking at was sold. We didn't go there after that, but the experience up to that point was top notch.

I did not deal on a vehicle with Team Ford as the trade in for my vehicle was way too low. Salesman was helpful we just couldn’t get close to what I needed for my vehicle

What a waste of time! Drove 2 1/2 hours, were kept waiting for 45 minutes only to find out the vehicle was locked in their shop & no one had a key. All after a reminder email about our appointment- how about checking to see if you have a vehicle to show us first! No courtesy, not even a cup of coffee. The worst possible customer service! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
