We set a time when I could see the car. I had already looked at many different cars so I knew what I was looking for. The Acadia was in very good condition with low kms. Victor helped me and was excellent, answered all my questions, we did a long test drive. We negotiated a fair price very quickly. This car is normally lower end than what this dealership offers... they had received it on a trade-in, so I suspect they wanted to clear it out quickly. Post-deal, Victor drove the car to my mechanic in Burlington for an inspection, and they dealt with me fairly post-inspection. The only small gripe I have is that the car was advertised to have 99,831 km on it, but at delivery it had over 104,000. I am not sure of what the reading was when I first viewed the car, though. (It seems hard to believe they would put 4000 km on the car over the week between my first viewing and delivery.) I did not raise the issue with them as I had already taken delivery. Anyway, the car is great and I feel like I got a good value. The detailing job they did was impeccable. They have a very large selection of extremely good high end cars. I would definitely start here if I was looking for a used high end vehicle. "
