He advised that I could but that the vehicle I was interested in would probably be gone as that make and model are "selling like water". I did show up on Sunday and the lot was full of those vehicles. He said they are selling quickly and that if I don't purchase quickly they will be gone. I told him I saw that they have been on Car Gurus for over 130 days and he said that isn't accurate because he switches the cars in and out as they sell. So I asked if that means the car I am looking at online is not the exact car that is in the lot. He said no, that is not accurate. He was very defensive about rust and any damage to the vehicles saying "it is not possible to purchase a used vehicle in Canada that does not have rust" and regarding dents and scratches "you are buying a used vehicle, it is not brand new". I was not pointing these things out as insults, just trying sort out the cars I would not buy. "
