Air is blowing through vents but no cold or hot

I have a 1995 Ford Explorer I put a new unit control
module in because the old one did not work I
plugged everything up air blows through the vents
but he cold air will not come out and neither will
heat how can I fix this problem

With the work you did, I assume you checked the coolant & thermostat. In the ductwork there's a blend throttles between hot/cold. Yours is sticking because the door actuator is defective. You may have noticed a tapping sound under the dash from a defective actuator. Try a spray lubricant on the actuator, or remove it to see if there's a broken sprocket. Might need replacing. It's not a difficult fix.
