Little black button

There's this tiny black button underneath the
internal fuses in my 2001 alrima gxe and idk what it
does. The wires behind it are cut so I'm confused

Someone had installed an aftermarket alarm system at one point in time, if the wiring is cut then most likely it has been disabled or removed. They just left the switch cause it looked better than a hole.
