Where is the engine computer on a 1989 Ford E350?

I am looking to find the computer in a 1989 Ford Econoline cube van.
Manufactured Dec 88 in Ohio

Should be under the dash kick panel's.. probably driver's side.

It is under the passenger side dash board bolted to the bottom of the A/C box.
