My car keys got stolen and I had to replace the
ignition but now my car is acting like it wants to
crank but won't turn over is it something to do with
the theft system or what cuz I can't figure it out

If you replaced the ignition, the new lock and key has to be programmed to the vehicle with specific equipment and software. A local mechanic, locksmith or dealer can help you get going again.
