Probably a bad idle control valve. Maybe a faulty engine temperature switch (ECT), a vacuum leak or EGR leak, reduced fuel pressure from a worn fuel pump, or clogged fuel filter or injectors. You need a mechanic to review this. It's probably nothing really serious, but when fixed, it'll make your life a lot easier.
