Mercury sable 2001

My driver side window won't go up all
I get is a click sound when I hit the up
button is it that I need to get a new
master switch or what

Would be guessing at this point but one thing is for sure it is not the window switch so the best thing to do is remove door panel maybe just the bolts has come loose that hold the window motor on and it is not making good contact to the window regulator or the regulator is bad or motor may need to be replaced you can tell more about what needs to be done once door panel is removed.
