The horn has stopped working.

Have changed fuse and with each new one it blows when trying to test horn.

Disconnect the horn itself, then replace the fuse, push the horn button, if it doesn't blow then you have a shorted horn, if it does blow then you have shorted horn wiring and you will ahem to trace that circuit out.
