Obviously this is a used vehicle somebody has change the window motor and the driver side the passenger and driver‘s windows are both down a little bit can’t get them up the battery goes dead can’t keep the lights on the interior in the running board lights stay on when the batteries hooked up and yeah I’d wanna know how to fix that wanna know what is going on is a razor wire ground out are you know like on the metal frame where do I start I did buy a book but I need to know where to start I’m have to fix this by myself it’s a vehicle for my son so he can get his license and start his own life it’s really really importantPlease help me
