How do I fix this

I have a 2000 ford taurous well the car has
sat for a year at a friends had it towed to
my house went to start it well the battery
was dead went and bought a new battery
well the alarm goes off the horn,
windshield wipers and fluid and the trunk
so how do I fix this situation?

Drain the fuel before you try to crank it over and add fresh fuel. You might want to change the oil and other fluids as well. But sounds like a wiring issue. It's hard to diagnose electrical gremlins, especially over the internet. Have it towed to your local mechanic.
