Honda Passport take off shifting issues

Asked by Sep 02, 2019 at 02:02 PM about the 1998 Honda Passport 4 Dr EX 4WD SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 Honda Passport. When it’s in drive and I take off from a stop, it’s
very sluggish. 0-30 is about 30 seconds. When I put it in low and go through
the gears manually, everything seems fine. I‘m trying to make sure I spend the
right money to fix it but not sure where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated.
