1967 F100 Headlight Switch

Asked by Jul 02, 2019 at 11:28 AM about the 1967 Ford F-100 Ranger

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just replaced the headlight switch on a 67 F100 with a new one from LMC Truck.  Now the parking lights stay on and the switch won't push  all the way in.  The spring holds it out slightly.  If you push and hold the switch in the parking lights go off.  There is not a click that should hold it in the off position.  Faulty new switch?
