I have a 2006 E-350. I want to run speaker wires to radio. What's the best way to do this?

The radio was replaced with a JVC HD Radio. We need to know how to remove the dash to run speaker wires to the radio.

Don't only have to remove the radio to run the speaker wires into it? The bracket around the radio should pop off with flat head screwdriver.
