I have a 98 dodge durango ran fin been sitting battery went dead jumped it now it wont run on its own unless u keep ur foot on the gas pedal never did that before is my battery bad it says 14amp

ISC units can stick if they have been sitting long enough, you migh try cleaning it, check for codes too.
