Transmission gear chance vibrates

Hello good guys, I have a 2013 ES350 with 78k and I just
changed the transmission filter and oil.
The transmission shifts smooth as before but at take of
and every time it shifts it has a mild vibration that was not
there prior to the tune up.
Anyone had encountered this problem?

I did not take it on the freeway yet ,so as a result it did not pass trough all 6 gears. Would you say is it safe to do that slowly and see if and where it has the vibration ? It is a mild vibration and no kick shifts smoothly.
