oil consumption

leak down tested cylinders 15 pers
cent leakage when removing plugs they have heavy oil on electrode seems pcv
is working but customer drove car on fresh oil change 536 miles crank case
had no visible level on it

What is the question? Oil is a conductor and seeks path of least resistance. You probably have a old valve cover gasket and oil runs straight into plug wells. Saturated the plugs and interferes with spark.
