Car won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2012 Toyota camry would not start today it
only turned over halfway then start spinning like it
was going to catch but it didn't...do you have an
idea of what's wrong with it

Either the gear that engages the fly wheel or the spring that drives it is weak or broken
