Car won't start alternator and battery is good it

make sure batt. terminals are clean and snug , if batts. good and starter solenoid is getting power then it's the starter . Testing it is almost as much trouble as replacing it , let us know what happens .

Have changed battery on my charger, alternator good, changed ignition switch relay, car will not turn over. It will only start with cables. Anyone else had this issue, cannot seem to figure it out.
