Disconnect both battery terminals( with vehicle not running) hold them together for about 2minutes. reconnect your battery terminals and try to see if it works, good luck. Probably need the radio head unit.

The voice on my navagation stopped after i replaced the car battery.Fix Go to the place where you can set voice control for navagation. Go to bottom of page and go to next page.you will see speaker used. I changed to side speaker and it worked. Good luck found it by accident Lexus dealer was stumped.

Same thing just happened to my '10 ES350. It was set previously to use center speaker which apparently has stopped working....I changed to "driver" and the voice control started working. Still doesn't work in center when changed back....oh well, I guess with 230,000 miles on it, stuff is going to break!

John, same thing happened to my 2010 ES with around 75,000 miles on it. I have not replaced battery or tried disconnecting to fix yet though, wondering if you had any luck? Voice still works on the “driver” speaker. Is center speaker only used for voice or media volume as well?

Hi all, I have a 2016 es 350 with the exact situation as guru. The dealer said I needed a new receiver but I don't think so. It has to do with something electrical after been parked during the pandemic

Guys, any solution for the voice issue on the center speaker? I just noticed this issue on my 2011 ES350

I have a 2010 GS350 with 75,000 miles on it. I encountered a glitch when my cellphone connected to the infotainment system - was calling when no call was place, just disconnected the blue tooth and all was okay - I didn't realize the voice on the navigation stopped working. Rebooted the drive from the hidden menu, disconnected the battery, changed all the settings, made sure the driver's side door speaker worked and still no voice - Fixed it when I found Bluefin's post on here about the speaker selection: bluefin6492 answered 5 years ago The voice on my navagation stopped after i replaced the car battery.Fix Go to the place where you can set voice control for navagation. You found this helpful For some reason the center speaker was selected - probably when the Bluetooth glitched - works again - THANK YOU BLUEFIN - I didn't see his suggestion anywhere else
