How to flush out the fluid on a bmw 528i

i did it on mine, really sucks without a lift. i spent a good 4-5 hours on it. there is a drain plug, easy enough. i dropped the pan and changed the filter, this was the most time consuming bit. you then have to refill via a different plug on the driver side using a pump or other pressurized device until the fluid flows out of the fill hole. not fun at all.
