2010 F150 XLT 5.4
Once in a while from a stop there is a short period before the truck starts to move after acceleration and there is quite a lurch and a thump when it does. This is an intermittent problem.
Could be a couple of things, partially plugged filter, weak pump, sticking shift solenoid, speed sensor malfunction. When was it serviced last and what color is the fluid? If you can't remember when it was serviced or the fluid is no longer a brilliant red color then a service might help.
