Does anyone know how to get the key
out of a 2009 Kia sportage ignition

1. There's a lever in the cylinder that releases the key. It's plastic and yours might be broken. You might have to remove the cylinder to get to it... 2. There's a cable between the shifter and the steering column. At the shifter it's stuck. From neutral, shift hard into park and see if that engages the release. If not, spray a lubricant into the shifter around park, then repeat the hard shift into park.
