Security system in lock down mode, this happens if main power is disconnected without using the preset saver tool that plugs into the OBD2 port, removal of main power can also cause the BCM to loose programming but you won't know that until you run the disarm procedure listed in the owners manual for the security system. If you can't get it to disarm Then it's off to the dealership to have it reset and a possible re-flash of the BCM to get it all operating as it should.
