Help me please I can't take it anymore

I need help 08 Tahoe starting misfiring 3 years ago
in number 6 they told me to change all the lifters
paid 200 did that two weeks later it did it again.
Now engine light is flashing stabilize is flashing took
it in changed all the plugs and battery and hose
now 1000 later all lights r coming on radio is low
window won't work it has a electrical problem. It
don't know from where i have put so much money
in this truck and getting. I where my husband and I
fight all the time o we this truck no mechanic can
figure it out I changed the battery and now all lights
r going out

Electrical issues are hard to find, even harder to tell you what is wrong over the internet. So did you scan the truck for the fault codes since the light is on? What is the code number? ex. P0306
