My car won't start the lights come on and its dim
lights and not only that my lights cut off when I try
to keep trying to start it

My car won't start and my lights keep going dim I keep trying to start it but the lights are going on dimmer and dimmer and when.i wait a second to start it my lights come on when I try to start it but then it goes dimmer.
