When the blinker is flashing fast indicates a problem with the side that is flashing fast. Turn the blinker on and make sure the front and rear bulbs are lighting up. Check the one that is not, it may just not be making a good contact in the socket.

1) bad bulb 2)bad connection 3) do you have a third signal? perhaps another outage. usually a side of car or mirror turn signal.

it lights up on that side, side and back blinker. i think its a bad connection, after i changed bulbs it worked for a while, then didnt, then worked, now its staying blinking fast.

try taking out the bulbs and putting back. to make it even more useful use a can of compressed air to blow out the debris on the connections.
