How to I correct problems associated with these 2 items when my car does not
use them?

I looked up these parts for your car today at work. I work for NAPA. I didn't see the EGR valve, but there must be one because I have a listing for an EGR control solenoid. The IAC is part number 2-1767. Line code CRB. HTH. -Jim
