This problem appeared a month ago but settled by itself. I just cleaned the connection

Your mechanic is correct, ecm may be drawing power,or there may be a bad wire,or short, but most of the time in my personal exprience, you check the main power source that kill,s fire to all, that would be the igintion switch.

T_S_T is right. Do you have any aftermarket electronics installed? Like alarm/remote start, stereo, dvd player or trailer brake? If they were installed poorly or incorrectly they can drain a battery as well.
