Why did my car die and not start back at all

Driving up hill in higher rpms , just shut off lost all
power the whole car died . Tried to jump it off , it
didn't work took the sparkplugs out and asking for
a friend they put starter fluid and not tried since

The best thing you can do is go to a car parts store and borrow an OBD code reader. Find the codes and address those problems. There are so many things that can cause an engine not to start that you could be guessing for months before you actually find it. If you're not confident in your diagnostic skills, do what most people do: tow the car to a mechanic and have it fixed properly.
