2007 pt cruiser

Started but won't stay on x3
Now it won't even try to turn over...dead in water
I have battery power but nothing else

Check the fuse box, in the event that all the fuses are OK ( there should be two) (look in your owners manual for placement.) Make sure that it is in park, turn the steering wheel (even though it is locked) as hard as you can, left, try to start it with the key, repeat for right. You can also short out the starter with the car in neutral. chock the wheels first turn the key on and use a long screwdriver, hold it by the handle only. If it starts it's the ignition at fault.
