What will cause my 2007 CTS Cadillac diagnostic test keep saying plugs 1 and 3 when I had 1st a complete tune up and I've changed 1 and 3 twice the engine light is on it flashes when I press the gas

Car misfiring had complete tune up had to
go back diagnostic test said 1 and 3 had
them changed now engine light is on and
flashes especially when I press the gas
took it back and it's still telling me 1 and
3. I'm a disabled female on a tiny monthly
income. I can't afford this please help me
with a solution.

Cylinders 1 & 3 are next to each other. Compression test the two cylinders. If both cylinders have no or very low compression the head gasket has blown between the two cylinders causing them not to fire. HTH. -Jim
