Hello, I have a 1988 Mazda B2200 2.2L. what motor can i bolt up to the transmission to get more power. any info will help.

Your truck also came with a 2.9 L V6 which should work. It is possible that later engines such as the 4.0 will work but I would also swap the transmission. Be sure and get the wiring harness and ECU with the newer engine.

Ter's not alot you bolt on to the particular frame , with out having to modify your suspention and motor mounts .not including wiring and ECU plas exhoust etc... . and on top of all that reinforsing the frame ...just buy a new truck.. Is cheaper..
