02 ram 4.7 cooling system

After sitting overnight and completely cool, when I pull bleeder plug coolant
gushes out still under pressure. The engine is not started. What is cause of
pressure remaining.

I'd suspect retained pressure from engine compression entering through a damaged head gasket or head.
