1996 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.9

I just put my truck in the shop for transmission
rebuild. It was stuck in 3rd gear and now it has a
fully rebuilt stage 1 transmission all new plugs new
torque converter new valve body new ecm and now
it wont come out 1st gear any suggestions

Take it back to the rebuilder for warranty work. As soon as you touch it, you've voided any warranty.
