2003 Chevy Suburban

Service suspension light is on. My mechanic says I
need the left front auto ride sensor but no one
makes this part  anymore. What do I do to device
the vehicle and clear the light. Recently had brakes
done and they work fine but light just stays on

Did you try the dealership? Worst case scenario junkyard and once you replace the part you need to use a scanner to reset the module.
