My Ford E150 Van was making a noise from the driver side wheel well and now the tire is tipped. What happened?

Not knowing what the noise sounded like, I can only guess that maybe you ran over a piece of metal. Check the inside of the wheel well for damage.

If the wheel if tipped, you probably have a bad wheel bearing.
