Fuel pump

Can't get fuel pump to turn on .checked the
fuse panel under the hood all the fuses are
good is there another fuse panel or an
emergency fuel switch for a 1996 E350
Econoline 351 Windsor

The fuel pump may actually be getting voltage but is burned out maybe. Check for voltage at the pump. And along with a fuse there should also be a fuel pump relay in one of the fuse boxes. Not sure of the location but it may be under the hood.
