Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car wont start. Scan says purge vlv solenoid but
that shouldnt stop it from starting should it? Also
oil being sucked into air filter.

So if its stuck open it could keep it from starting? Also some1 said to try the how to check sparks to see if there's any fire going that could be coil pack is this possible?
