Replacing my engine and wiring harness

I have a 2006 chevy cobalt my engine went. I
bought a 2009 chevy cobalt and took the engine
out and replaced it in my 06 having a problem with
hooking the wirring harness up. Is it possible to
use the wiring from the 09? Or do I have to use my
06s wiring? How can I do this or can I even do it?
