The coolant in my 2004 pontiac grand prix seem to be evaporating from my radiator

The coolant is evaporating from my radiator.  There is no coolant on the ground.  The thermostat would jump from cold to normal temp within seconds.  The charger system failure light keeps popping on.   HELP.  I don't know what to do
