Digital Glove Compartment

Can't gain access into 3 digit glove compartment, don't
have the code, is there anyway to bypass or ?? In order to
gain access?

That's pretty cool!! Never saw anything like that before!! Check along the bottom of the door. There's usually 3 or 4 bolts that secure the door hinge to the bottom of the dash. Removing the bolts and carefully maneuvering the door should get it free from the latch. Do you know (just for my own curiosity) the history of this car? Was it a police car or something? The lock looks original. Very interesting!! Once you get it open a locksmith can probably get you the combination. Keep us posted on this one! HTH. -Jim

There's a very old thread on here started by "turbo83". Apparently this was standard issue on these cars. There's a detailed description of how to change the combination once you get the door open. The thread is (literally) 10 years old but it should come up for you if you search for turbo83, go into his garage and click on question activity. HTH. -Jim
